Product Change-->CINAHL moves to EBSCO and gets full text!!

CINAHL Plus with full text
CINAHL Plus with Full Text database is a comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 560 journals indexed in CINAHL. Of those, nearly 400 have cover-to-cover indexing in CINAHL, and of those, more than 230 are not available with full text from any other EBSCO database. This authoritative file contains full text for many of the most used journals in the CINAHL index- -with no embargo. With more than 600,000 full-text articles dating back to 1937, CINAHL Plus with Full Text is the definitive research tool for all areas of nursing and allied health literature. This EBSCO database also features author affiliations, searchable cited references, research instruments, evidence-based care sheets and continuing education modules.
Note that the OVID access will only last to March, so get your users migrating!

The American Council for Southern Asian Art (ACSAA) project is now complete. An additional 7,000 images from the ACSAA collection are now available to ARTstor users, bringing the total number of images to 12,186. more

CAB abstracts is a bibliographic database compiled by CAB International. It covers the significant research and development literature in the fields of agriculture, forestry, aspects of human health, human nutrition, animal health, and the management and conservation of natural resources. CAB abstracts indexes articles, books, conferences, reports and other kinds of literature dated 1910 to the present.
Note this product will be paid from library funds for Veterinary Medicine.

The database has grown to more than 62,000 pages of text and images. Included are biographies, autobiographies, personal narratives, speeches, diaries, letters, and oral histories. Full-length reference works also are included to give background and context to the narratives. North American Indian Biographical Database is dedicated to telling the life stories of both the well-known historical figures such as Pocahontas and Sitting Bull, and also the lesser-known men and women whose day-to-day experiences give an equally valuable portrayal of Indian culture.
Newly added materials include several major contemporary works from University of California Press, University of New Mexico Press, University of Nebraska Press, and Coyote Books.

The recent publication, American Indian Biographies (Salem Press, 2005) also adds many contemporary names to the collection.
This release contains many seminal reference works, including the complete volumes of Edward Curtis's The North American Indian, the McKenney-Hall History of the Indian Tribes of North America volumes, and J. Norman Heard’s five volumes of the Handbook of the American Frontier.

ArtStor upgrade
ARTstor Digital Library recently added over 600 images focused on contemporary architecture and public art in the western United States.
Works by Elizabeth Peyton
ARTstor is now actively collaborating with a wide range of living artists and estates of modern artists. A collaboration with artist Elizabeth Peyton has allowed us to add to the ARTstor Digital Library images of 173 works by this remarkable contemporary American painter and draughtsman.
Ghiberti’s “Gates of Paradise”: Additional Images
To complement the existing 590 color photographs of Lorenzo Ghiberti’s “Gates of Paradise” available in the ARTstor Digital Library, we recently released approximately 150 black-and-white photographs of frieze elements in their state prior to the recent cleaning campaign.
